By accessing and using Exact Arena, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Eligibility & Free-to-Play Model

Exact Arena is a 100% free-to-play social entertainment platform. Users compete in the Score Challenge by predicting sports results to earn leaderboard points and friendly "bragging rights."

2. Absolute Non-Gambling Declaration

Exact Arena contains NO monetary gambling, NO betting features, and NO sports bookmaker integrations. No real money or valuable assets can be deposited, wagered, or withdrawn from the app. It is a game of pure skill and social competition, operating under the same non-gambling category as standard fantasy football platforms. All news ingested into the app passes through a strict gambling-content filter.

3. Account Security

Sign-ups and logins are secured via email One-Time Passwords (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All design tokens, source code, logos, and features are protected under standard marketplace licenses. Sports fixtures and league tables are auto-synced via official third-party data feeds for informational purposes only.
